SHC takes compliments, feedback and grievances seriously and tend to resolve as soon as practically possible.
While compliments are encouraged, feedback and grievances are also required to continuously improve our services.
Compliments help us in recognizing the star of our workforce to be provided with recognition and awards. Feedbacks and Grievances help us in finding the gap in the service provided and improve deliverability.
