With a high level of understanding of NDIS and NDIS practice standards, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Building a strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders, you will have experience in handling complex situations and be able to resolve issues. Able to work under pressure, you will be a meticulous, organized self-motivator with attention to detail.

Additionally, you will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Support Coordinator.
  • Diploma (or higher) in Community Service or similar.
  • Valid drivers licence, First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening check.
  • Australian Business Number (ABN) or be willing to obtain one
  • Experience in case management coordinating individual plans.
  • Previous experience working in a start-up high growth environment is desirable.
